We provide competitive solutions and initiate business opportunities for our partners and customers with more than 15 million households market around the world. There are two ULTRON’s offices so far, based in Taipei City and Hsinchu City, and still expanding. We are looking for Ultron Gardeners whom can execute their interest at work and stimulate the new ideas at diversified work environment.

About the role

ULTRON’s account manager is an industry professional role in our business teams. As an account manager, your main objective will be to create and secure short and long-term profitable business and services strategies with your responsible accounts.

Ensure that goals are consistent with ULTRON strategic direction of: (1) maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and longterm and (2) bring ULTRON's business partner to reach the goals in each stage. You have effective communication and problem-solving skills with ability to achieve goals by collaborating with diversified teams. Strong analytical skills, ability to identify problems, research issues, and provide solutions.

The work is very dynamic, and business are subject to frequent change, therefore suitable candidates are flexible, problem solvers, keen to improve the way we work and excited to learn new things.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

* Generate revenue in your assigned territory with effective market strategies.
* Preparing and presenting business and account updates to the company’s management and clients.
* Project management – cross function communication.
* Identify, analyze and prioritize customer issues and escalate them to cross-functional teams to resolve the issues on time.
* Collaborate with a high-value portfolio of partners or powered by ULTRON customers to help them understand more about the potential of ULTRON IoT platform through product adoption, CRM, and development of new sales opportunities.
* Role POC of customer care operation with cross-functional teams regarding new product launches in order to provide assisted support to users.
* Coordinate and support RD teams and Project teams to be on the same page with the same goals via diversified strategies to reach our “Scrum” goals.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

* Bachelor or equivalent degree required.
* Able to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
* Minimum 2 years of proven related experience.
* Self-motivated to learn, flexible, and able to adapt rapidly to the dynamic environment of a tech startup.
* Fluent oral and written communication skills in English or other languages.
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and listening skills.
* Ability to work effectively.
* Degree in MIS or Business is preferable
* Experience in Telecom, wireless related, OEM industry in a plus.
* Proven experience and ability in successful interface with various management levels internal and external developers, manufacturers, 3rd party certification institutes, and customers. Project management experience is an advantage.
* Able to respond to urgent tasks and follow up on rapid changes occurring in the process.
* Highly efficient, able to multi-task and work with constant deadlines.
* Well-organized & excellent attention to detail.
* Proactive and positive attitude.
* Adaptable to new technologies, quick learner and energized by change.
