Quality Assurance Engineer

Working as a Quality Assurance Engineer at UNNO Technology is both professional and full of challenges.

We are currently looking for candidates with solid experience in manual feature testing, along with the potential and passion to further grow into automation and deeper technical QA domains.

主要職責｜Responsibilities

• 參與產品需求與規劃會議，確認需求範圍與驗收標準，並建立測試案例（Test Case）與測試計畫。

• 針對 Web / App 產品進行功能、整合與系統測試，確保發布品質穩定可靠。

• 使用 ClickUp 專案管理系統紀錄、分級與追蹤缺陷（Bug），直至修復驗證完成。

• 產出測試報告與分析結果，確保每次版本發布符合品質與穩定性標準。

• 協助優化測試流程與技術工具，提升 QA 團隊整體測試效率與交付品質。

• 針對不合理或邏輯不清晰的需求設計提出質疑與建議，確保產品可測性與設計合理性

• Participate in product requirement and planning meetings, validate requirement scope and acceptance criteria, and build structured Test Cases and QA test plans.

• Conduct functional, integration, and system testing for Web / App products to ensure stable and reliable product releases.

• Log, categorize, prioritize, and track defects (Bugs) using ClickUp until validated as fixed.

• Generate and analyze QA testing reports to ensure product stability meets release standards.

• Assist in optimizing QA processes and testing tools to continuously improve overall team efficiency.

• Actively raise concerns about unclear logic or unreasonable requirement designs to ensure product testability and design rationality.

• 熟悉需求相關文件（PRD、Wireframe、Flow Chart），能從中拆解與撰寫測試案例。

• 具備清楚回報 Bug 的能力（問題描述、重現步驟、影響範圍、嚴重程度判斷）。

• 具備基礎問題分析能力，能初步定位問題方向，而非僅回報表象錯誤。

• 具備 RESTful API 的基礎概念與理解能力，有能力參與 API 相關測試流程。

• 對測試結果與發布品質負責，具備自己的一套測試報告產出原則或方法

• Strong understanding of requirement documents (PRD, Wireframe, UX flows) and ability to break them down into structured Test Cases.

• Ability to report Bugs clearly with documentation including: reproduction steps, impact scope, and severity classification.

• Basic problem-analysis ability — able to provide insights on root-cause direction rather than only reporting surface issues.

• Understanding of RESTful API concepts and the ability to contribute to API testing scopes.

• Accountability for release quality, including having your own method or principle for generating QA testing reports.

• 熟悉測試工具：使用 Postman 進行 API 測試；使用 Fiddler 抓取封包定位問題。

• 具備 SQL 語法能力，可進行 DB 端資料驗證與輔助問題定位。

• 具備 JavaScript 或 Python 開發經驗（任一即可，不需精通）。

• 理解 CI/CD 概念與測試流程整合（如版本部署與自動化測試銜接）。

• Familiar with QA testing tools such as API testing using Postman and network debugging using Fiddler.

• SQL knowledge to validate DB data accuracy and assist in defect investigation.

• JavaScript or Python development experience (either is acceptable, not limited to both).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and the QA roles within deployment and test integration flow.
