We are looking for a Product Manager who can clearly define requirements, drive cross-functional collaboration, and continuously optimize products based on data and market insights.

撰寫與維護產品需求文件（PRD），明確定義功能範圍、使用情境、流程與驗收標準。

主導產品開發流程，持續優化工作流程與溝通效率，確保團隊穩定輸出高品質成果。
蒐集與分析產品數據與競品資訊，與團隊討論並提出具可行性的產品優化與成長策略。
Plan favorable business strategies according to different products, Integrate and analyze relevant information to design product requirements.
Write Product Requirement Document, Integrate cross-departmental resources according to the actual situation and arrange the project schedule.
Lead the product development process, facilitate any workflow that benefits output, keep the team able to consistently deliver high-quality results.
Continuously collect and analyze data of competing products, discuss with the development team and propose highly feasible improvement strategies.

熟悉軟體產品的開發流程與週期。
Logical thinking ability to sort out complex product requirements, able to integrate relevant information and express requirements clearly when communicating across departments.
Have practical experience in Internet products, and be able to design or optimize existing products based on user needs and behavior habits.
Be able to keep an open mind following the changes and requirements of the existing market, and put forward professional opinions that are beneficial to the product and the team.
Familiar with software product development cycle and process.
