Updoot publishes videos on YouTube and Facebook, in both English and Spanish languages. We develop our own software to optimize production processes and produce high-quality video content. It is our goal to diversify Updoot's offering into multiple new niches of video content to reach new audiences and expand viewership. We do this by continuously testing new content and channel ideas. As a Video Content Operations Manager, you’ll take new YouTube channels from the idea phase to daily production and own the entire process. You are managing all aspects of the daily video production:

Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who’s creative and knows how to stay on top of projects. You have a hands-on attitude and are eager to learn. You enjoy working on a team just as much as owning projects and working independently. Coordinating production and communicating with freelancers come easily to you. Your thinking is analytical, helping you to understand our audience and efficiently solve diverse problems.
