工作內容

 - Sales Handling of BD+ country mainly IL. However, there may be a possibility that we may have job rotation among team members
- Daily sales follow up with assigned allocate with Sell in-Thru-Out
- Pay attention to competitors and market situation and react swiftly to recover from slow moving stock/aging stock status
- Propose timely marketing campaign to draw channel synergy and collective effect to gain channel confident and market share  

條件要求

Sales knowledge includes :
- Follow up on sell in stocks to disty and take fast initiative on reacting to partners aging stocks (more than 3-6mths) that and may causes huge Price protection to partners and losses incurred later
- Concept about apply sell in/sell thru/sell out rebate program to target sell out opportunity
- To follow up on partners pricing structures and have good understanding of the channel pricing structures
- Possessed sufficient knowledge about how to secure enough market or competitors pricing information to make the best pricing support to partners
- Knowledge / pay attention in getting correct and relevant supporting pricing or competitors information when providing rebate to partners
- The right mindset to follow company focus segment growth strategy , for example PJ lamp free strategy , Gaming , and more
- Proper email documentation on discussion between disty and VS especially on support
- Proper follow up plans on aging stocks including discussion on how to increase aging stock sell thru
- Put plans and actions into play
