工作內容

To co-work with the marketing manager, well leverage online and offline projects/activities, plan digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising. Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. The role would be a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated online and offline marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

1. Digital Marketing Strategy - Strategize online social media strategies to reach full-funnel business goals, including SEO/SOM, acquisition, retention, and loyalty. 

- Develop and manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Line, community, etc., ensuring consistent and high-quality content delivery to drive engagement, increase followers, and boost sales of hardware, digital content, software, and SaaS business.

- Create and plan compelling and engaging posts, videos, and graphics to attract and captivate the target audience.

- benchmark performance across digital media channels and advice on measurement KPIs.

- Conduct SEO/SEM digital marketing operations to improve online visibility and drive traffic to our platforms. 

- Collaborate with cross-team to develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.

- Monitor and respond to member feedback, inquiries, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Analyze performance metrics, report insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. 

2. Branding Strategy – align with Company’s mission and vision to ensure maximum branding awareness. 

- WOM: KOL seeding programs and building up the network, including planning, execution, and evaluation.

- Internal and external relationship maintenance

3. Operation and Execution - Ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns and on-target delivery. 

- Support related events and marketing reports, including workshops, on-site events, and digital evaluations.

- Creating specific initiatives to achieve sales targets based on digital and social marketing calendars and changing business needs 

條件要求

Minimum Qualifications

  •  3+ years of marketing experience in the social media / E-Commerce field within the IT/educational/electronics industry.
  •  Proven experience in SEO/SEM digital marketing operations, including keyword research, ad campaign management, and optimization.
  •  Strong command of English with excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think creatively.
  •  Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple work streams and meet tight deadlines.
  •  A supportive working attitude and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  •  Solid understanding of business trends and knowledge of competitive companies in the market.
