<Job Description>
R&R: corporate sustainability project management
1. Lead CSR task force to prepare annual Corporate Sustainability Report and publish in a timely manner
• Project leader for 2023 report
• Project leader and chief editor for 2024 report and hereafter
2. Corporate sustainability rating maintenance - EcoVadis
3. Conduct research on ESG-related topics
4. Plan and drive the ESG-related strategic projects
5. Ad-hoc tasks delegated by the supervisor
<Job Requirements>
1. 3+ years experience in CSR/ESG field, including 2+ years experience of corporate sustainability report preparation
2. Proven ability to drive positive outcomes by successfully collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders from various levels and areas of the organization
3. Knowledge of sustainability reporting regulations (GRI, SASB, TCFD), rater/ranker assessments (EcoVadis, CDP, TCSA)
4. Nice to have – Knowledge of environmental related standards (ISO5001, ISO14001, 14064-1)
5. Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
6. Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages preferred as well as excellent skills in writing, proofreading, and editing.
