We are looking for a systems-minded transformation leader who can connect enterprise applications, build data foundations, and drive global workflow redesign.
What You’ll Do
1. Lead Enterprise Systems & Data Architecture
• Own the end-to-end architecture connecting Oracle/ERP, CRM, HRIS, and operational systems.
• Build and maintain the data foundation that supports AI initiatives, reporting, and global workflows.
• Define and improve master data models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance.
2. Drive Cross-Functional System Transformation
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, and IT to redesign workflows supported by enterprise systems.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration, data flow, and integration specifications.
• Optimize ERP structures and related systems to support evolving business needs.
3. Manage System Integration & Connectivity
• Oversee API integrations and data flows across enterprise applications.
• Identify systemic bottlenecks and design scalable long-term solutions.
• Ensure transformation initiatives follow the Incubate → Stabilize → Transfer model with clear exit criteria for handover.
4. Program Management & Execution
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects from concept to rollout.
• Prepare clear executive updates, risk assessments, and recommendations for the Chief of Staff.
• Maintain alignment across global stakeholders and ensure project success.
What We’re Looking For
Must Have
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise systems, ERP/Oracle environments, business systems, or digital transformation roles.
• Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes (Finance, Operations, Sales, HR).
• Experience improving workflows through system enhancements or integrations.
• Excellent communication, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
Nice to Have
• Experience with data modeling, ETL, system integration, or governance.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience working in a PMO, transformation office, or digitalization program.
• Background collaborating with AI, data engineering, or analytics teams is a strong plus.

Enterprise Systems & Transformation Project Manager**
工作內容（What You’ll Do）
1. 建立企業級系統架構與資料基礎（Data Foundation）
• 負責 Oracle/ERP、CRM、HRIS、營運系統等跨平台的整體架構規劃。
• 建立並維護支撐 AI、報表分析、全球流程運作的 資料基礎（Data Foundation）。
• 定義並優化主資料（Master Data）模型，確保資料的一致性、正確性與治理機制。
2. 推動跨部門系統與流程轉型
• 與營運、財務、業務、人資、IT 等部門合作，重新設計流程與系統串接方式。
• 將業務需求轉換為系統設定、資料流架構與整合規格。
• 優化 ERP 及相關系統，使其支援公司成長與流程演進。
3. 管理跨系統整合與資料流（System Connectivity）
• 負責 API 整合與跨系統資料流監控。
• 找出流程與系統瓶頸並提出可擴展的解決方案。
• 依 Transformation Office 模式執行專案：孵化（Incubate）→ 穩定（Stabilize）→ 移交（Transfer），並建立明確的退出標準（Exit Criteria）。
4. 專案管理與執行
• 主導跨部門轉型專案，涵蓋規劃、需求、設計、測試到上線。
• 準備管理層簡報、進度報告、風險評估與改善建議。
• 與全球及跨部門利害關係人保持一致，確保專案成功落地。
任職需求（What We’re Looking For）
必要條件 Must Have
• 7 年以上 ERP/Oracle、企業系統、Business Systems、流程轉型相關經驗。
• 熟悉跨部門業務流程（財務、營運、業務、人資等）。
• 具備透過系統或流程改善提升效率的成功案例。
• 優秀的跨部門溝通能力、需求訪談能力與利害關係人管理能力。
• 能與技術與非技術團隊溝通、將需求轉成可執行規格。
加分條件 Nice to Have
• 具備資料模型、資料整合、ETL、系統整合等背景。
• 熟悉 Azure、AWS、GCP 等雲端平台。
• 曾任 PMO、轉型辦公室、流程改革或數位轉型相關職務。
• 有與 AI 團隊、資料工程團隊合作經驗者尤佳。
