Overview
ViewSonic is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Account Manager based in our Taiwan office to lead both internal strategic marketing initiatives and external business growth efforts with a strong Western and global market focus.
This role serves a dual function:
Internal Strategic Marketing Lead – acting as the senior marketing consultant for ViewSonic Business Units (BUs), translating solution strategies into integrated global go-to-market (GTM) plans and ensuring execution excellence.
External Business Growth Lead – identifying, pitching, and securing new business opportunities to expand marketing impact and revenue contribution.
Although based in Taiwan, this role requires strong Western market sensibility, global business acumen, and the ability to operate confidently across North American and European markets. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, commercial leadership, team management, and fluency in English, along with a forward-looking mindset that leverages AI and emerging technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
I. Internal: Strategic Marketing Leadership (ViewSonic BUs)
Strategic Consulting & GTM Development
Serve as the senior marketing consultant to ViewSonic Business Units.
Translate product and solution strategies into integrated, multi-channel global GTM campaigns.
Build campaign and channel frameworks aligned with Western market dynamics and global brand standards.
Ensure cohesive and compelling solution storytelling across all marketing touchpoints.
Marketing Governance & Execution Excellence
Evaluate and refine marketing briefs to ensure strategic clarity, prioritization, feasibility, and execution readiness.
Oversee campaign workflows, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Drive strong cross-functional collaboration across creative, digital, content, and regional marketing teams.
Ensure global brand consistency while allowing for regional adaptability.
Performance & Optimization
Define KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness across markets.
Use performance data and insights to continuously optimize campaigns.
Improve asset utilization and marketing ROI.
II. External: New Business Development & Growth
Business Development Strategy
Identify and pursue new marketing-driven business opportunities.
Develop growth strategies targeting Western and global markets.
Align marketing capabilities with commercial expansion goals.
Client Acquisition & Pitch Leadership
Lead client-facing presentations, proposals, and strategic pitches.
Translate marketing strategy into compelling commercial solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
Revenue Impact
Contribute directly to revenue growth through new account acquisition and expanded services.
Support pipeline development and growth forecasting.
III. Team Leadership & Innovation
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Integrated Marketing Account Managers.
Establish best practices for briefing, campaign planning, workflow management, and stakeholder communication.
Foster a high-performance, globally minded marketing culture within the Taiwan office.
AI & Technology-Driven Marketing
Integrate AI tools and automation into marketing workflows to drive efficiency and scalability.
Stay current on emerging marketing technologies, digital platforms, and global industry trends.
Champion modern, data-driven marketing practices across the team.
Continuously evaluate and adopt tools that enhance productivity and campaign effectiveness.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
6–8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing within a global or matrixed organization.
Minimum 2+ years of team management experience.
Proven experience in new business development and client pitching.
Strong understanding of Western markets (North America and Europe) and global B2B marketing dynamics.
Demonstrated global mindset with the ability to operate effectively across cultures while based in Taiwan.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; ability to confidently present to international stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience leveraging AI and marketing technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
Experience in B2B marketing.
