We are seeking a Senior Video Producer & Videographer to deliver advertising-level production excellence across global brand campaigns. This is a senior role with primary ownership in production strategy and execution (50–60%) while independently leading high-end Videography when required (40–50%). The role bridges commercial production standards with advertising storytelling, ensuring every project meets industry-grade finishing and broadcast-quality output. You will serve as the in-house technical authority for motion and videography, partnering closely with Group Creative Directors and the Social Media Team to elevate both campaign and platform-specific content.

· Lead end-to-end commercial video production from concept development through final delivery.

· Own end-to-end production planning and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor coordination.

· Ensure all final outputs meet high production standards in visual quality, storytelling, and overall execution.

· 5–8+ years of experience in commercial video production or advertising environments, with a proven track record of delivering high-end campaign work.

· Strong hands-on expertise in both cinematography and editing, with the ability to independently execute projects from shoot to final delivery.

· Advanced proficiency in professional post-production tools (Premiere, After Effects, Audition, DaVinci Resolve) and demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into production workflows.

· Strong production judgment with the ability to maintain commercial-grade visual standards under tight timelines.
