工作內容

As a Junior Application Engineer (AE), you will join our Embedded System Division to provide essential Level 3 technical support for our global education solutions. You will act as a vital bridge between regional technical support teams and internal product teams, transforming real-world market feedback into actionable technical insights. This role is dedicated to a "service-first" principle, ensuring our products perform reliably for educators and students in K-12 environments worldwide.

  • Global L3 Support: Serve as an escalation point for regional L2 teams, performing technical analysis and providing workarounds for complex product cases.

  • Issue Validation: Ensure escalated issues include complete reproduction steps and accurate technical logs by performing cross-platform debugging.

  • Technical Coordination: Collaborate with ODM vendors and internal engineering to drive bug fixes and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) through to final closure.

  • Technical Enablement: Maintain technical documentation and onboarding guides and provide training to regional teams on "What’s New" in our product lineup.

  • Lifecycle Support: Assist with firmware release processes (including OTA settings) and support products from launch through to End-of-Life (EOL).

  • Market Intelligence: Translate customer insights and field observations into actionable inputs for product roadmaps.

條件要求

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Management, or a related technical field.

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, testing, or field trials.

  • Strong logical thinking and disciplined troubleshooting skills to identify root causes in hardware, firmware, and software.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with global teams and documenting technical insights.

  • A "service-first" attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Experience with K-12 education technology or large-scale device deployment.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle "firefighting" issues and rebuild customer confidence in high-pressure situations.
