The Executive Producer (EP) is responsible for leading the agency’s video production and studio operations, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality content across multiple formats including video, animation, photography, and design production. This role oversees multidisciplinary production teams including 2D and 3D animators, producers, video editors, and videographers, while managing studio workflows, production schedules, and resource allocation.
The Executive Producer serves as the operational leader of the agency’s production capabilities, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to final delivery while maintaining creative excellence, technical quality, and budget discipline. This role collaborates closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to translate campaign ideas into compelling visual and multimedia content.
Beyond project oversight, the Executive Producer is responsible for optimizing production processes, managing studio infrastructure, mentoring production talent, and ensuring the agency’s production capabilities continue to evolve with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Production Leadership & Oversight
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of videos (all different types)
Oversee and manage production team including directors, producers, 2D/3D animators, editors, and videographers.
Ensure all production outputs meet creative, technical, and brand quality standards.
Manage the full production lifecycle from concept development through final delivery.
Establish best practices and production standards across the studio.
Studio & Operations Management
Manage the agency’s studio operations video production workflows.
Oversee studio scheduling, equipment usage, and resource allocation.
Ensure the studio operates efficiently with scalable production processes.
Maintain production tools, software, and studio infrastructure.
Having deep knowledge of AI tools that can help Implement workflow improvements and optimize production efficiency .
Project & Resource Management
Oversee project timelines, production schedules, and deliverables across multiple teams.
Allocate internal resources and external vendors based on project needs.
Manage production budgets and ensure projects stay within scope and cost targets.
Identify potential production risks and proactively resolve issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Creative Directors, Account Managers, and Digital Marketing teams to ensure production aligns with campaign goals.
Translate creative concepts into executable production plans.
Provide production expertise during campaign planning and pre-production phases.
Ensure smooth communication between creative, production, and client teams.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor production staff including directors, producers, animators, and editors.
Build a collaborative culture across creative and technical disciplines.
Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and workflows across teams.
Support professional development and skill growth within the production team.
Quality Control & Delivery
Maintain high standards for video production, animation, photography, and visual outputs.
Oversee review and approval processes for production deliverables.
Ensure all content meets client expectations and brand guidelines.
Implement quality assurance processes across all studio outputs.
Innovation & Production Technology
Stay current with new production technologies, AI and digital tools, and industry trends.
Evaluate new workflows, production techniques, and automation opportunities.
Introduce improvements in animation pipelines, video production methods, and studio capabilities.
Support experimentation with new content formats and visual storytelling techniques.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Design, or a related field
Advanced production training or certifications are a plus
Experience
10–12+ years of experience in video production, animation, or studio production
3–5+ years in a senior production leadership role
Experience working in a creative agency, marketing agency, or production studio
Proven experience managing complex multi-format content productions
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Deep understanding of video production (pre production to post production), and studio operations
Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Both English and Mandarin is a must
Ability to balance creative vision with operational efficiency
Strong understanding of directing language and production details.
Experience with international shoots or cross-cultural production environments.
Experience producing social media content, including YouTube, Reels, and Shorts.
