工作內容Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user interfaces for enterprise service SaaS platforms and mid-end management systems, with proven experience in developing and scaling design systems. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in advancing the ViewSonic Design System, and leveraging AI-driven methodologies to establish and optimize standardized design workflows. You will transforming user needs into actionable design solutions and collaborating closely with PMs to complete user flow designs that ensure visual consistency and promote component reusability across the product ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and enhance user interfaces for enterprise service SaaS platforms and management systems.
Collaborate with PMs to understand user needs and translate them into effective design solutions.
Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across different platforms and devices.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma.
Ensure all designs adhere to UCD principles and best practices.
Work within and contribute to the existing design system, ensuring UI elements are reusable and scalable.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, particularly in iOS and Android native guidelines and design kits.
Understand basic HTML to facilitate effective communication with developers.
Ensure all designs adhere to Accessibility (WCAG) standards and design principles.
Utilize AI tools to establish and refine standardized UI/UX processes, ensuring team-wide efficiency and scalability.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software interface design.
Proven experience in designing user interfaces for enterprise service SaaS platforms and mid-end management systems.
Knowledge of UCD principles and approaches
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with creating and maintaining design systems.
Knowledge in typography, iconography, layout, responsive design and other UI design areas.
Deep knowledge of iOS and Android native guidelines and design kits.
Ability to translate unclear specifications into actionable design plans.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with PMs and other team members.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with Accessibility standards (WCAG) design principles.
Proven ability to leverage AI-driven methodologies to optimize design processes and workflows.
Experience in conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into design iterations.
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design projects and demonstrating proficiency in UI design.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JS (no need to coding).
