【Key Responsibilities】
Photography Assistant:
Responsible for high-quality global product photo retouching and shadow creation, delivering compelling visuals in accordance with brand guidelines.
Assist the photographer with studio/on-site setups, including adjusting and prepping photography equipment, lighting gear, etc.
Assist with photo archiving and management, building and maintaining the image library according to standard protocols.
Future potential to independently conduct simple product shoots and event documentation.
Product Packaging & Silkscreen Design Support:
Follow brand guidelines to support layout adjustments for entry-level product packaging, ensuring a unified visual presentation across product lines.
Responsible for final artwork execution and precise alignment for silkscreen vector graphics on the product body.
Organize and review design files for production, ensuring they meet pre-press and printing specifications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the design team and various departments to efficiently complete assigned tasks on time based on project schedules.

負責產品本體絲印（Silkscreen）向量圖案的完稿與精準對位
整理與檢查設計發稿文件，確保符合印前與印刷規範。
跨部門協作：
與設計團隊及各部門密切合作，依據專案時程高效並按時完成交辦工作。
Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
Software Skills:
· Adobe Photoshop: Excellent image processing skills with a solid understanding of professional photo retouching logic.
· Adobe Illustrator: Precise vector layout and final artwork/print-ready design capabilities.
· Proficient in integrating Generative AI tools (e.g., Photoshop AI, Illustrator AI, ChatGPT, etc.) into the daily workflow to assist with visual creation and optimize efficiency.
Professional Foundation: Solid understanding of basic graphic design and photography principles (color theory, lighting, typography, layout, imaging concepts, etc.); basic knowledge of printing and pre-press processes is a plus.
Work Experience: Candidates with 1+ years of relevant experience in photography assistance, visual design, or product design will be prioritized.
Core Competencies & Attributes:
· High degree of attention to detail and patience (required to handle high-volume photo retouching, and meticulously manage precise alignment for packaging die-cut and silkscreen patterns).
· Strong communication skills with the ability to accurately understand and execute mission objectives from managers, photographers, and requesting units.
· Self-motivated with the flexibility to adjust task priorities based on project schedules.
· Brave in asking questions and sharing ideas while efficiently completing tasks assigned by the team.
· Basic English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (opportunities to collaborate with international colleagues).
· Foreign nationals with basic Chinese proficiency are welcome to apply.
