Job Description
Collaborate closely with graphic design, social media, and video creative teams to develop mood boards, storyboards, and motion graphics for B2C products such as creator tools, gaming monitors, and projectors. Design content will include short social media videos and promotional videos for products.

職責
· 助創意總監開發情緒版，能夠快速製作概念草圖和概念故事板以及最終的動態設計完成。
· 不斷研究最新技術，支援動畫團隊製作高品質影片。
· 在多個工作流程之間實現高品質影片製作。（從腳本創意、情緒版設定、分鏡到動作設計）
· 製作和編輯各種主題的高品質動態圖形、動畫圖像或視頻，以供行銷和社交活動使用。
· 編輯在地化影片以進行區域行銷。
· 支援網站設計者在必要時建立插圖或圖形。
Responsibilities
· Assist the Creative Director in developing mood boards, quickly producing concept sketches, storyboards, and final motion designs.
· Continuously research the latest technologies to support the animation team in creating high-quality videos.
· Manage the production of high-quality videos across multiple workflows, from script ideation, mood board setting, and storyboarding to motion design.
· Create and edit high-quality motion graphics, animated visuals, or videos on various themes for marketing and social media campaigns.
· Edit localized videos for regional marketing purposes.
· Support web designers by creating illustrations or graphics as needed.
Job Requirements
· 5-8年動態設計師工作經驗。
· 熟悉Adobe Creative Suite等設計工具。
· 熟悉AE 外掛等特效、動態輔助工具。
· 熟悉C4D, Octane Render或其他算圖引擎。
· 良好的跨團隊溝通協調能力。
· 擅於團隊合作，也能獨力解決問題。
· 新穎、全球化的美感鑑賞力與細節執行力。
· 英文基本書寫溝通能力。
加分項目：
· AI設計工具使用經驗
· 影像剪接之經驗
· 特效合成之經驗
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· 5-8 years of experience as a motion designer.
· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
· Familiar with AE plugins and other effects or motion enhancement tools.
· Proficient in C4D, Octane Render, or other rendering engines.
· Good communication and coordination skills across teams.
· Excellent team player with the ability to solve problems independently.
· A keen eye for innovative, global design aesthetics and strong attention to detail.
· Basic capability in English writing and communication.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with AI design tools.
· Experience in video editing.
· Experience in VFX compositing
