電機工程師 Electrical Engineer/Assistant Manager

工作內容

Job Description:

-Will be the owner of all aspects of EE hardware design including circuit/board design & validation as well as all usual integration challenges of ESD, EMC, and antenna performance.
-Will play the role managing contract/outsource manufacturers/design house. Reviewing all aspects of EE hardware design.
-Be responsible for overall hardware performance including touch, power, processing, audio, display, etc.
-Clearly and concisely organize and present important subject matter to supervisors/executives at milestones on the project.
-Host or participate in cross-functional engineering systems integration team meetings.
-Design and test systems (and subsystems) to meet product/project objective.
-Select materials and component technologies to meet product/project objectives.
-Failure analysis and solution validation.
-Documentation - Provide detailed design and product documents.

條件要求

Requirements:

1. BS degree in EE, CE, or CS. Master degree is a plus.
2. 6+ years of relevant work experience with TV/Smart TV/STB products, with X86 architecting experience is a plus.
3. Design experience with micro-controllers or embedded software Design experience integrating component modules (I/O, Displays, Batteries, PCBs, etc.)
4. Working knowledge of materials process validation (SPC, Cp, CpK)
5. Experience in prototyping and develop electrical HW and, in some cases, embedded FW for it.
6. Strong experience working with contract manufacturers and joint development.
7. Experience in debugging issues in a production environment.
8. Provide cross-functional program integration support to ensure team success.
9. Could work independently and target oriented.
