* Lead the data product management team to transform the ideas into a profitable product
* Develop the business model based on customer analysis, market analysis, and competitive analysis
* Define the product strategy and create the product roadmap by prioritizing the product features with resource constraints
* Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align the product strategy with the overall business strategy
* Optimize the product development cycles and define the metrics to measure the product operation
* Cowork with other departments to plan go-to-market strategy and sales training
* 8+ years of experience in product development with successful Web/App-based product deliveries
* Familiar with lean startup principles for using data to shorten product development cycles
* Strong business sense for pivoting direction quickly to keep up with market demands
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Japanese is a huge plus
* Comfortable in communicating with any levels of the organization
* Familiar with the big data/AI ecosystem and eager to learn new technologies
* Experience in big data or AI technologies/tools
* Experience in the digital marketing industry
* Experience in Geographic Information System (GIS)
* Experience in storytelling with data visualization
* Experience in coding, modeling, or dashboarding
