工作內容

-Handle every aspect of a company’s staffing needs, responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining employees.

-Performs full-cycle professional level work in talent acquisition including needs analysis, managing job application channels screening, interviewing, building pipelines, coordinating, engaging and on-boarding the hires as to execute full candidate journey. May exercise technical supervision over lower-level support with professional staff.

-Demonstrates full range of talent acquisition tools and related to employment practice, recruitment strategy and human resources administration.

-Accountable for Taiwan and APAC region’s hiring activities and demonstrate ability to resolve multi-matrix range of problems associated with local and international hiring team

-Monitor recruitment progress/hiring quality and identify potential issues by generating and analyzing reports and KPIs for hiring team calibration.

-Liaise with employees to discuss job satisfaction. They also research appropriate incentives and implement strategies to keep employees engaged.

-Perform a variety of administrative duties, including writing and posting job descriptions, filling out paperwork, creating training materials, and keeping records of all applicants and new hires.

-Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, General Business or related field OR 5+ years’ experience in business operations, business program management, or Human Resource program management or related field.

-Experience of designing and delivering coaching/mentoring,

-learning and development and talent management program

-Interpersonal relationships, discretion and confidentiality

This candidate will mainly put on his/her efforts to support the hiring activities especially in Taiwan (may also has possibility to support Japan and HK)

-But for sure he/she may need to take some time to understand the overall company practice especially when we are in a messy situation.

-So able to work in such dynamic and complexity will be a plus.

-Industry preference: big organization experience will be a plus, industry is not the major concern

-Open minded and good team player is a must;

-English ability is necessary;

-Communication skills

-Excel excellence will be a plus.
