工作內容

a. Conduct research of related industry, communities, events, publications, summits, and conferences. Provide feedback and information on market and trends.
b. Identify potential competitors and conduct research and strategies against competitors.
c. Identify potential customers and build relationships with customers and partners.
d. Identify potential partners; discover and explore opportunities and propose potential business deals with potential partners.
e. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
f. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
g. Manage relationships with new and existing partners. Adapt to the competitive environment in order to develop business plans.

1. 英文說寫流利
2. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, sales planning, market knowledge, closing skills, and presentation skills.
3. 具備良好的自我管理技能、時間控管能力與組織管理能力
4. EQ佳,口齒清晰,善於溝通以便開發客戶、拓展市場
5. 工作態度積極正面,企圖心強。
6. 能獨立作業、細心負責、具抗壓性
7. 對新創、產品與客戶需求充滿熱忱
8. 擅長簡報技巧、邏輯表達清楚

Nice to have:
1. A strong background in big data software industry, cloud computing, server industry or start-up is a plus.
2. EE, CS or Business related degree is a plus
3. Other related project, lead or management experiences.
