1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, working independently with line managers to provide expert advisory on hiring needs, market insights, and candidate evaluation.
2. Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, referrals, and talent communities to attract high-caliber candidates.
3. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on the competency needs and ensure consistent and effective selection standards.
4. Build and nurture long-term talent pipelines to support organizational growth and future workforce planning.
5. Support employer branding initiatives, including digital campaigns, content creation, and talent & employees engagement activities.
6. Support to monitor key recruitment metrics, analyze market and hiring data, and propose improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
7. Challenge the status quo by introducing new HR tools, best practices, and innovative recruitment solutions to elevate team capabilities.
1. Senior-level individual contributor role (Deputy Manager / Manager level) without people management responsibilities.
2. Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition or relevant experience; industry experience in manufacturing or technology is a plus.
3. Prior experience in headhunting is advantageous.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and influence hiring decisions.
5. Familiarity with recruitment systems, tools, and data analysis.
6. Proficient in English for business communication.
