We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Demand Planner to support our global supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will manage monthly forecasting processes for all own brands, collaborate closely with business teams and subsidiaries worldwide, and drive S&OP initiatives to ensure accurate demand planning and inventory optimization.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Prepare and maintain the 6M Global SSP rolling forecast of own brands on a monthly basis.
2. Consolidate and analyze forecasts from global subsidiaries to provide a comprehensive view of demand.
3. Work closely with sales, business teams, and factory teams to review, validate, and adjust forecasts.
4. Support S&OP-related reporting and provide timely data and insights for decision-making.
5. Maintain up-to-date product life cycle status, and be responsible for learning, operating, validating, and reconciling data in the Atlas system (forecasting tool) to ensure forecast accuracy.
6. Calculate forecast accuracy metrics across multiple dimensions (product, region, category) and identify trends or discrepancies.
7. Lead discussions on strategies to improve forecast accuracy, including process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
8. Provide actionable insights to support supply planning, production planning, and business growth.
1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or related field.
2. 3–5 years of relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
3. Experience in S&OP processes and cross-functional planning meetings.
4. Strong proficiency in Excel.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills.
6. Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and collaboration skills to work with global teams.
