Data Analyst

目前團隊於 Gogolook 主要負責 FinTech 領域的應用開發，我們正在找尋一名數據分析師，該數據分析師將成為數據分析團隊的一部分，這個角色將執行數據分析，從統計取樣、探索資料分析、特徵工程、模型訓練，並與團隊合作落地於產品應用。你可以盡情展現你的專業技能，提供決策建議，協助團隊解決各種有挑戰性的問題。 (有金融領域背景，具備銀行信用風險模型相關經驗更佳)

同時，這個角色也需要有解決陌生商業問題的能力，需要能有架構的拆解、定義問題，並提出可執行、可驗證、可產生經濟價值的解決方案
 

加入團隊後的主要任務:

• Define business problems and deliver solid analysis, opportunities and actionable solutions with strong data facts.
• Responsible for end-to-end analysis for Fintech product development, including data acquisition strategy, user behavior prediction, risk management, A/B testing campaigns and so on.
• Own the design, development, and maintenance of business metrics, reports, analysis, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
• Develop, implement, monitor, maintain ML models, to optimize business revenue.

[Hard skills]

• At least 2 years of hands-on analysis experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy are a must)
• Proficient in SQL and other query DSL.
• Solid understanding of both probability and statistics.
• Strong analytical experience and business acumen, preferably in banking or credit scoring background.
• Visualizing and graphing skills.

[Soft skills]

• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and highly self-motivated with solving undefined problems and challenges
• Strong logical reasoning skills
• High willingness to share knowledge with team members.
• Obligation to dissent, share your opinions with strong fact and rigorous reasoning

加分條件:

• Experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks, such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. Applied experience preferred.
• Experience in Kaggle competitions.
• Experience in working with cloud services such as AWS, GCP.
