Roles and Responsibilities
. Manage and optimize all paid media programs such as SEM, Social, Programmatic, native advertising, and OOHs.
. Perform daily management of pay per click accounts
. Measure and seek for effectiveness and ROI of all paid activities
. Generate visual reporting and provide insights/recommendations on efficient
campaigns and reporting tools
. 5Assist in the development of AD copy including visual and verbal
. Follow team's goal for the balance of exposure and ROI
. Develop and manage campaigns through social, physical, and KOL partnership
. Measure budget for all paid and social campaigns
. Maintain and develop social channels
. University degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Payment and product promotion.
. Expert knowledge in Digital paid media including, PPC, Display, Affiliates, and Social.
. Excellent Project management with experience in an agile working model is a must.
. Experience in varieties of campaigns development and execution.
. Excellent communications and negotiation skills, able to talk to agencies, internal stakeholders, and KOL partners.
. Proven ability to create social viral through campaigns, paid programs, and KOLs.
. Great analytical skills and creative experience are necessary to address targeted messages to a variety of audiences
. Organized, detail-oriented and deadline driven
. Experience in Financial products. (loan, credit card, bank service, payments)
. Extensive program management experience
. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the ability to lead and manage projects proactively
. Fluent in English and Chinese mandarin with presentation skill
. Prior experience in media buying & planning agency is a plus
