Roles & Responsibilities
1. Sell the two main suites of Gogolok business services (Reputation Suite, Identity Suite) by acting in a consultative manner to solve customer problems.
2. Identify decision makers, stakeholders, key influencers, and develop strategies to increase deal win rate
3. Drive incremental revenue within existing customers by upselling and cross-selling additional services, or by identifying new opportunities to expand product offerings.
4. Creating a robust pipeline from lead generation, qualification, and opportunity management to contract closure
5. Work closely with the product team to meet customer expectations and exceed them.
6. Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
1. 5+ years in demonstrated Enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding annual team quotas and performance targets
2. An understanding or experience of information security, fraud detection/prevention, SaaS models & identity solutions.
3. Experience in selling into the financial services industry (e.g Banking, Fintech, Payment, and Lending companies) ; or experience in selling into the e-commerce industry.
4. Experience navigating complex sales cycles, knowing when to maximize deal size and when to simplify, and how to identify relevant stakeholders and generate rapport to close deals.
5. Strong presentation skills and strong writing skills to communicate with all relevant participants and stakeholders, whether external or internal.
6. Proactiveness and ability to get things started.
1. Experience in building or leading a sales team, or acting in a senior lead capacity
2. Experience in creating a business product from scratch, from identifying opportunities, building MVPs, finishing Proof-of-Concepts, and full commercialisation
