Your Speech Factory is a funky start-up with a global footprint which helps companies improve their employee’s communication skills. Together with industry experts within public speaking, we have developed presentation [Ai]d software, helping professionals create, learn and train their business presentations. Although we are based in Malmö, our team is present in various locations including Berlin, Taiwan and Copenhagen. We are working remotely, but from time to time, we gather the whole team to spend time together. Although we are a start-up, we always aim to think big and bring the world together – we cooperate with partners from San Francisco and Cape Town, our team gathers professionals of different backgrounds and nationalities you will have a chance to manage.

MARTIN BREDINGER
VINCENZO DE SALVO CEO & Co-Founder
Vincenzo De Salvo has a BA in Economics and an MSc in Management from the University of Bristol, UK. Also, he has an Entrepreneurship certificate by HBX Harvard Business School. He has a solid experience in operational excellence, vendor management and project management of R&D projects. Prior to Your Speech Factory, he worked on a client-facing managing role with major telecom corporations at Sony Mobile Communications in Lund, Sweden.
MARTIN BREDINGER CFO & Co-Founder
Martin has a MSc in Business and Administration from Lund University. He started his first company at the age of 25, and his backpack contains 5 years as CFO at a middle market company, fronting the dialogue when the owners made an exit to VC. Ernst & Young saw the potential and Martin was hired as a management consultant to be a key player in setting up a new business to offer management consulting services to small and medium sized companies. Martin was part of building up the team and setting up the portfolio, as well as hands-on improving the client's businesses. On a sunny day in 2018, Martin met Vincenzo and that's the start of Martins new life as startup entrepreneur.
