Responsibility
Interact with customers, partners to define market requirements and product strategy
Translate market requirements into product requirements (PRDs)
Product roadmap planning with milestones down to detail
Coordinate with the engineering team to deliver quality product on time
Plan go-to-market strategy together with Business team
Regularly product KPI tracking and analysis
Create and deliver product training materials to enable services and support teams
Customer engagement with sales team
Must Have
Entrepreneurial and analytical; effective at managing change in a fast-moving and constantly evolving business
Familiar with PRD writing and data analysis methods
Deep understanding of Enterprise SaaS product management
4+ years of experience in product management
Experienced in SaaS, Cloud Architecture
Excellent communication skill to lead cross-functional teams
Defining KPIs for projects and evaluating the success of a project.
Able to travel up to twenty-five percent of the time
[Nice to have]
BS/MS in computer science
Experienced in NLU, Chatbot or Online Travel Agency platform
Familiar Scrum methodology
Familiar with design thinking, design sprint methodology
