Be responsible for hiring and performance managing a high performance promotion team within area.
Engagement with merchants partners, and actively drive and grow ecosystem pipeline and activities to meet targets.
Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
Monitor and evaluate activities and products of key competitors
Maintain strong relationships with decision makers at major wholesale and retail travel agencies, even if not a current customer
Solid experience in marketing, local promotion, ecosystem management and advertisement business.
At least 8 years solid relationships with bachelor degree minimum.
Based in Shanghai, regular travel will be required at times within China
Actively drive and grow sales pipeline and activities to meet sales targets
Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills with particular emphasis on presentation, relationship building, analytical and sales expertise, and negotiation technique
Passionate about the travel and hospitality business, and willingness to attend client functions and professionally represent the company
