As a Partnership Assistant at Cymetrics, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Partnership Support 業務開發支援:

• Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
  協助準備銷售資料、提案及客戶會議簡報。

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer and partner information using CRM tools.
  使用CRM工具維護客戶和合作夥伴信息的準確性與即時性。

• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule client meetings, demonstrations, and follow-ups.
  與銷售團隊協作，安排客戶會議、產品演示及後續跟進。

• Support the sales team in managing contracts, NDAs, and other business documents.
  協助銷售團隊管理合同、保密協議（NDA）及其他業務文件。
   

Administrative Support 行政支援:

• Organize and maintain schedules for meetings, events, and team activities.
  組織並維護會議、活動及團隊活動的日程安排。

• Prepare and organize documentation required for sales operations and reporting.
  準備並整理業務運營及報告所需的文件。

• Liaise with external vendors and partners to support business operations as needed.
  與外部供應商及合作夥伴聯繫，支持業務運營需求
   

Coordination and Communication 協調與溝通:

• Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  作為銷售團隊與其他內部部門之間的聯絡橋樑，確保運營順暢。

• Assist in organizing company events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  協助策劃和執行公司活動、網絡研討會及推廣活動。

• Provide support in responding to client inquiries and resolving operational issues.
  協助回應客戶詢問並解決運營問題。

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  商業管理、市場營銷或相關領域的學士學位。
• 1-3 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or related roles.
  1-3年業務管理、行政或相關職位經驗。
• Familiarity with CRM tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  熟悉CRM工具及辦公軟件（如Microsoft Office套件或Google Workspace）。
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  優秀的組織與時間管理能力，並具備高度細心的工作態度。
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  能夠在快節奏環境中有效處理多項任務並設定優先級。
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  良好的人際交往及中英文溝通能力。
• Experience or certifications in cybersecurity-related fields are a plus.
  具備資安相關經驗或認證者為加分條件。
   

Interview process

• Phone interview with HR (1 hr)
• Meet with Hiring Manager (1.5 hrs)
