We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who is equally strong in product UI/UX design and visual design for go-to-market purposes. This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, identify real user problems, and also execute high-quality design work in a fast-moving startup environment.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our SaaS products for the APAC and GCC market, working closely with product, engineering, business, and marketing teams to bring complex enterprise solutions to life.

What you'll do
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive and scalable B2B product experiences.
- Own end-to-end product design workflows, including user journeys, flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes.
- Design high-quality visual assets for marketing and business purposes, such as landing pages, product visuals, sales materials, and feature highlights.
- Proactively identify design problems and usability gaps, and propose thoughtful, feasible design solutions backed by clear reasoning.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and design patterns to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and clearly articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale.
- Present design work to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate effectively.
- (Nice to have) Provide guidance, feedback, or mentorship to junior designers when needed.
