你會做什麼
• 參與 AI Platform、AI Tools、Agent workflow、RAG 與相關產品模組的設計、開發與產品化。
• 以 hands-on coding 為核心，負責功能實作、API / Backend 整合、debug、測試與 code review。
• 運用 Codex、Claude Code、Cursor、GitHub Copilot 等 AI coding 工具，加速 prototype → implementation → testing → iteration。
• 參與 LLM、Agent、MCP、workflow orchestration、Document AI、語音與 Vision 等新技術評估與 PoC。
• 與 PM、設計、前後端及 DevOps 協作，將 MRD / PRD / Functional Specification 轉化為工程任務。
• 參與 CI/CD、Git workflow、Docker、測試自動化、release 與 cloud / edge deployment。
我們希望你具備
• 資訊工程、電腦科學（Computer Science）或相關科系學士以上，具紮實軟體工程基礎。
• 約 5–6 年軟體研發經驗，具實際產品開發、debug、測試與上線經驗。
• 良好 coding 能力，熟悉至少一種主要開發語言，並能快速理解既有 codebase。
• 熟悉 Web / Backend / API / Database / Cloud 等現代軟體系統開發概念。
• 理解 SDLC、Git、CI/CD、testing、release management，以及 MRD → PRD → FS → Development → Testing → Release 流程。
• 具 Vibe Coding / AI coding 實戰經驗，曾使用 Codex、Claude Code、Cursor、Copilot 或類似工具完成實際開發。
• 對 AI-native development 有高度熱情，願意持續探索新的模型、Agent、工具與開發方法。
加分經驗
• LLM App、RAG、AI Agent、MCP、tool calling、workflow automation 或 multi-agent 開發經驗。
• Ollama、Open WebUI、LangChain / LlamaIndex、vector database、embedding 或 RAG pipeline 經驗。
• Python、TypeScript / JavaScript、REST API、Docker、Linux 等實務經驗。
• Edge AI、AI PC、on-premise / hybrid deployment、GPU 或 local LLM 環境經驗。
• STT/TTS、Vision、Avatar、3D / multimodal AI 或 Document AI 經驗。
• Startup、0→1 產品，或快速將 PoC 推進至 production 的經驗。
