工作內容

Responsible for end-to-end management of CM/OEM supply chain operations, including purchasing, production planning, and logistics, to ensure stable, cost-effective, and on-time delivery.
NPI Management: Manage multiple NPI projects (IC and board level) from planning to product EOL.
Sample preparation and allocation to fulfill external and internal needs.
Establish process and prepare for future systems builds.

Proficient in project management within IC Design or system-level (OEM/ODM) industries.
Ownership Drive: Comfortable with ambiguity (gray area) and proactive in defining roles.
Reliable Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with a steady and dependable personality.
Structured Thinker: A systematic worker who remains flexible and calm under project pressure.
