Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assessing external labor market conditions, developing the most effective, economical and appropriate recruiting strategies, channels and methods.
• Maintaining good relationships with recruitment agencies and ensures all recruiting activities consistent with organization's policies and standards
• Developing the talent acquisition strategic, examining hiring trends and anticipating the organization's response to labor market changes
• Being responsible for deciding which metrics are best suited for the company and analyzing those metrics to accommodate hiring practices, such as time-to-fill measurements.
• Being responsible of full life cycle of the recruitment and selection process, from the job-requisition step to the job-offer stage and actually bringing new employees on board.
• Reviewing the recruitment and selection process, making recommendations for streamlining hiring processes on a regular base.

條件要求

Qualifications:
• At least 4 years HR experiences and 2+ years in a senior recruiting position, preferably working as the Head of Recruiting in a fast-paced and highly competitive business, Startup & Software companies is a plus
• Have a proven and successful experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, screening, on-boarding, coaching, and terminating
• Can demonstrate vast knowledge of recruiting database systems as well as knowledge of rewards programs
• Good command of both written and oral English. Any additional languages would be an additional asset.

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
