About the Opportunity:

BTSE is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Intern (Analytics) to join our team for a 6 month period. In this role, you will support the HR department by driving data analysis projects, maintaining performance management systems, optimizing HR processes, and assisting with various HR functions. This position is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for improving HR efficiency.

Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering Support:

  • Participate in HRBP projects such as performance management, organization restructuring, and talent programs.
  • Help document and update team structure charts (Org Charts) in collaboration with HoDs and HR Ops.

Performance Management Support:

  • Support the preparation and rollout of the performance review cycle (goal-setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews).
  • Prepare communication materials and training aids for managers and employees.
  • Prepare and analyze performance-related reports to track progress and outcomes.

General HR Assistance:

  • Provide support on various HR tasks, including but not limited to HR wiki management, on/offboarding, ER activities, and policy updates.

  • University Student with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Interest in HR data analysis and performance management systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Middle-level English reading and writing skills.
  • Contract Period: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance. 
  • At least 3 whole days a week.

薪資範圍

NT$ 200 - 230 (時薪)
