About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the COO Office, the Business & People Strategy Manager will lead strategic workforce planning, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational efficiency and scalability. This role serves as a key partner to leadership, resolving roadblocks, optimizing labor, and driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Restructure and track organizational expansion to align with strategic goals.
  • Align teams, roles and responsibilities with key company objectives.
  • Optimize hiring strategies to balance team composition and address critical needs.
  • Audit KPIs to identify delays, benchmark performance, and ensure fair compensation.
  • Deliver weekly, quarterly, and annual performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Align team budgets with personnel and departmental growth strategy

條件要求

  • Experience in business operations, people strategy, or organizational management, ideally in Tech, Financial Services, or Web3
  • Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking, budgeting, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities

薪資範圍

面議(經常性薪資達4萬元)
