工作內容

Carousell is one of the world’s largest and fastest growing mobile classifieds apps. Since our launch in May 2012, we’ve expanded into 19 major cities with over 144 million listings. As a team of passionate individuals working together to solve meaningful problems, we want to build products that make selling as easy as taking a photo, and buying as simple as chatting to inspire every person in the world to start selling.

As a young and fast-expanding organisation, we are looking to hire a Part Time Office Manager to support our rapidly expanding Taiwan office. Caring Deeply and Problem Solving is ingrained in Carousell culture and the Office Manager embodies that to the core. This role is suitable for someone who needs to have a flexible schedule and wants to work in a fun environment! Based in Taiwan, you work directly with the People Business Partner Manager.

條件要求

You will own:
Office, pantry, event and employee experience management:
- Manage inventory levels with proper records and accountability (ie. swag, kitchen, storage room)
- Be scrappy to find the best bargain to purchase supplies, equipment, furniture and etc.
- Host company events such as Family Friday, office tours and other ad-hoc events in our Taiwan office
- Arrange office cleaning and stock items for the panty
- Pay the utilities, rental and etc and liaise with building management
- Facilitate contracts with legal team if needed, i.e. landlord, office cleaning
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees

You have:
- 4-6 years in an Office Manager position
- Demonstrated competence in coordination, multi-tasking & critical tasks prioritisation
- Excellent communication skills

薪資範圍

NT$ 25,000 - (月薪)
