You Will:
- Source candidates using various online and offline channels to fill job requests
- Conduct market mapping of talent to build a readily and healthy pipeline of candidates for recruiters and leadership team
- In charge of full cycle of recruiting activities from resume screening, candidate interviews, interviews coordination all the way to offers.
- Handle administrative tasks across the entire interview process
- In charge of candidate relationship to ensure stellar candidate experience and smooth onboarding process
- Build strong business knowledge and integrate into sourcing talent attraction strategies ensuring both current and future needs are considered
- Understand and facilitate contracts, visa applications, work permits and relocations
You Have:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting talent
- Good interviewing skills with a focus on delivering a good candidate interview experience with Carousell
- Adaptable, resourceful & creativity in different sourcing strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Good interpersonal/communication skills, both oral and written
- Bonus if you have experience working in a tech/startup company e.g. e-commerce
