【Job Description】
We are EXCITED to announce that we're on the lookout for an exceptional Cloud Strategy Lead of CCoE Team to spearhead the development and implementation of top-notch cloud services and solutions across our organization!

As the Cloud Strategy Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in collaborating with our talented internal technical team leaders, shaping the practice and direction of each technical and industry domain, and forging a strong partnership with the AWS team.

【Responsibilities】
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive mid-term strategy (3 years) that outlines the organization's vision, priorities, and multi-cloud approach, focusing on strategic alignment across all internal technical teams while ensuring seamless integration and management of various cloud platforms to optimize performance, cost, and flexibility.
2. Collaborate with domain experts across multiple industries and regions to identify unique local market demands, and prioritize the development of tailored solutions to meet these needs using multi-cloud capabilities.
3. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) team, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among internal technical team leaders involved in multi-cloud initiatives.
4. Establish best practices and drive standardization of services and solutions across the organization, while remaining adaptable to the specific requirements of different geo-regions and cloud platforms.
5. Partner with the AWS team and other cloud platform partners to design, implement, and coordinate competency programs and internal technical training initiatives that foster continuous growth and development of technical skills related to multi-cloud adoption.
6. Build up and lead a zero to hero team, recruiting top talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration, to strengthen the organization's multi-cloud capabilities and drive successful outcomes.
7. Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress and achievements of the CCoE team, using these metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and drive accountability in multi-cloud adoption and management.
8. Ensure strict adherence to cloud security and governance policies across all cloud platforms, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
9. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to multi-cloud strategies to maintain a competitive edge and ensure the organization remains at the forefront of cloud technology advancements.

【Requirements】
1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
3. Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
4. 5+ years of experience in multi-cloud technologies, with a preference for AWS and Azure.
5. Passionate about cutting-edge technology and eager to learn and grow in the field.
6. Proven experience in coordinating technical teams, driving projects to completion, and ensuring seamless collaboration.
7. Solid understanding of cloud services best practices, with the ability to identify industry business use cases for each solution and apply them effectively.
