工作內容

#你的任務:
• 懂得利用數據幫助各產業客戶做行銷策略,結合企業內外部數據表現(如: Google Analytics) 進行決策分析,幫助客戶達到企業業績目標。
• 協助顧客整合、設置並教學我們的軟體服務
• 積極地協助客戶利用Ematic執行正確的行銷策略,定期為客戶健診,為客戶帶來更大的效益
• 與團隊中的策略分析師、工程師、設計師甚至是其他部門密切合作,提供穩定的行銷策略服務
• 需要藉由與顧客保持良好與信任的關係,以達到顧客續留。
• 搜尋、分析日本市場(需閱讀日文資料)
• 協調日本相關事務(需有日文會話、撰寫商務信件能力)

• On-boarding and partnering with our customers, to ensure that they’re up and running on our platform and setup for success.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision makers within assigned accounts.
• Continually providing strategic advice and guidance, responding to customer questions in a timely manner to ensure customers are achieving their business goals.
• Proactively review customer dashboards, address any open issues, and ensure consistent messaging and appropriate escalation.
• Contribute to feedback to Engineering Services team on product improvements to enhance customer engagement based upon their experiences.
• Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.

條件要求

#JOIN US IF YOU:
- Have 0-2 years in Customer Success and campaign management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Passionate in digital marketing and technology, and have the motivation and are eagerness to learn and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Mandarin. Fluent in Korean, Cantonese and Japanese is an added plus.
- Are analytical and strong problem solving skills to synthesize data into clear insights for customers
- Highly organized, proactive, self-starter, and team player with a love of continually improving the processes around you

【必備條件】
✔️在客戶關係管理方面有1年以上的工作經驗,或相關的求學、實習經歷具有分析能力,針對客戶的需求與問題需以細心、積極與負責的態度應對
✔️英語、日語精通(聽說讀寫)
✔️擁有一顆熱愛學習並樂意迎接挑戰的心!
✔️具備高度適應力:能有效率地處理多樣任務、並快速適應各種狀況
✔️具備分析能力:針對客戶的需求與問題需以細心、積極與負責的態度應對
✔️渴望學習,主動接受挑戰,富有創業家的精神並且願意盡力付諸實行!

【加分條件】
✔️操作過 MailChimp/ FB AD Manager/ FB Analytics/ Google Analytics (以上任一)

薪資範圍

NT$ 28,000 - 35,000 (月薪)
