JOIN OUR TEAM IF YOU
✔️Are able to understand data structure and optimize technical performance
✔️ 0-2 Years’ experience as a Software Developer / IT Support
✔️ Have a strong background knowledge of SQL/HTML5/PHP/Javascript
✔️ Experience with Laravel framework (would be a plus)
✔️ Have a strong understanding of RESTful API
✔️ Have experience in working in an Agile environment
✔️ Are able to multitask effectively and adjust quickly to different situations
✔️ Are willing to learn and adapt to new and different technologies
✔️ Have impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
✔️ Are obsessed with detail, and have an analytical mindset
✔️ Strong team player, but still a self-starter

YOUR DAY MIGHT INCLUDE
● Preparing data specification and integration for customers using our solutions
● Interfacing with customers on a regular basis, working with their marketing and
development team to ensure successful on-boarding and long-term success
● Working on building internal tools to automate manual work done within the company
● Provide support to other team members / departments in managing customer expectations
with the focus of bringing value to customer.
● Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
● Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the
appropriate internal teams

• 與客戶開發團隊直接互動溝通，協助客戶順利使用優化產品
• 與策略分析師、設計師、產品經理與開發團隊等其他部門密切合作
• 協助解決客戶問題、故障排除並回報

#硬底子:
【必備條件】
✔️了解資料庫結構與資料分析法，並可優化資料搜集等技術表現
✔️喜愛後端也喜愛前端的全端人才
✔️至少熟稔以下其一，越多越加分： SQL/ HTML5/ PHP/ RESTful API/ Javascript

#軟實力:

✔️有Google Tag Manager or Google analytics 使用經驗
