Senior UXUI Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will own the design of our core web and mobile products end to end, from shaping the problem and running research to delivering polished interfaces and driving them through to launch. You will set the design direction, raise our design standards, and work as a key partner to Product and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design Ownership: Lead design for major product areas, turning ambiguous business problems into clear, well-reasoned solutions.
• User Research: Plan and run research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and use the findings and data to guide product decisions.
• Interaction & Visual Design: Define user flows, information architecture and high-fidelity UI that is consistent, accessible and on brand.
• Design System: Own and evolve Flexii’s design system, including components, guidelines and design tokens, across all platforms.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery to delivery, and influence roadmap and priorities.
• Mentoring: Review and guide the work of other designers, and help build design practices and processes.
• Impact: Measure the results of your designs and keep improving them.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of UX/UI design experience, including leading work on complex products (startup, SaaS or marketplace experience is a plus).
• A strong portfolio that shows your design process, problem-solving and measurable impact.
• Expert in Figma, with experience building or leading a design system.
• Proven experience working with Product and Engineering in a fast-moving environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English; interviews are conducted in English.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other designers is a plus.

Qualifications (nice to have): Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI or related field; HTML/CSS knowledge; experience with AI-assisted design tools.
