As a UX/UI Designer, you will be involved in the entire product development process—from brainstorming initial concepts and conducting user research to designing high-fidelity interfaces and prototyping interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand pain points and validate design decisions.
Interaction Design: Create wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps that effectively communicate interaction ideas.
Visual Design: Design polished, brand-consistent interfaces (UI) that are both aesthetically pleasing and accessible.
Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes to test concepts and hand off to the engineering team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Product team to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation.
Design System: Help maintain and evolve Flexii’s design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design (experience in startups or SaaS is a plus).
Tools: Mastery of Figma (our primary tool), Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear design process and problem-solving skills.
Mindset: A "user-centric" mentality with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in English is a must.
