1. Provide direct product support for a digital content platform.
2. Implement product vision into specific product features and designs.
3. Work directly with the product team and/or supplier to request/maintain a modern, reliable Content Management System and smooth operation of the company's digital platform.
4. Plan and supervise Server/network requirements and setup for the company's product.
5. Plan production schedules, assess project and resource requirements, estimate and implement budget/timeline with stakeholders and internal team.
6. Work smoothly with and become a "trusted technical advisor" for Content team, collect requirements, create/refine roadmap for the improvements of the company's platform, organize internal training of technical tools when needed.
7. Interpret data to inform product direction.
8. Stay up to date with the latest digital product trends to advise top management.

Required Technical Skills
1. Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Software Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of project/product management experience, preferably in digital content platforms, in mobile, app and PC.
3. Knowledge in back-end or front-end coding; task management or Scrum-master experience is an advantage.
4. Familiar with ELK.
5. Good skills in internal/external metrics tools such as Google Analytics, Similarweb and team-work tools such as Slack, Assana, etc.
6. A clear and logical way of thought and presentation.
7. Good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
8. Ability to multitask.
9. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient use of English is required.
10. Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment.
11. Comfortable with ambiguity.
工作技能
1. 擁有科技或工程相關科系的學士文憑。
2. 具備至少五年的項目/產品管理經驗。(數位內容平台、手機或電腦應用程式的相關經驗尤佳)
3. 具備後端或前端coding的知識。(作業管理或Scrum Master的經驗尤佳)
4. 熟悉ELK的相關操作。
5. 具備良好內部及外部度量工具(如Google Analytics, Similarweb)與聯合作業工具(如Slack, Assana, etc.)的技能。
6. 擁有清晰及良好邏輯的思維。
7. 良好的交際與團隊合作能力。
8. 能夠多工處理。
9. 擁有傑出的口頭及書面溝通技能，且須精通英文。
10. 能夠在步調快的環境工作。
11. 能夠應對有不確定性的工作內容。
Other Preferred Skills
1. Familiarity with Alipay & Wechat payment flow is a plus.
2. Familiar with Scrum (Certified Scrum Master).
3. Have mobile development experience.
4. Have Cloud based software development experience.
5. Own Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
