Job Responsibilities:
1. Schedule and coordinate web events for Garena
2. Design and guide the development and execution of web events to improve engagement with our players
3. Define performance metrics and make performance projection for web events
4. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of event performance, identify trends and causes of variance, provide insight and recommend improvement plan
5. Refine and scale workflows, analytics procedures, data management and other best practices for web events
6. Prepare regular as well as ad-hoc web event reports

2. Learner – you are a fast learner and you are excited about learning new concepts and methodologies in this constantly evolving industry
3. Creative – you are able to come up with fresh and exciting way to engage players
4. Highly organized – you are organized with stringent standards of accuracy and precision, manage your time well and working on multiple projects does not faze you
5. Highly analytical – you can breakdown a problem logically and identify steps necessary to fix them
6. Strong interpersonal skills – you can work with multiple teams and communicate with people well from all backgrounds
7. Good writing skills – you can write clear and concise design documents, reports and presentation slides
8. Background in mathematical/statistical modeling and technical, engineering skills is a plus
9. Experience with SQL language is a plus
