As a Game Operations Associate, you will join our team to drive the game optimization and product growth. You communicate effectively with our game developers and regional teams from Garena. You are extremely goal-oriented and open-minded to find every possible chance to optimize our game performance, in terms of contents, user experience and sales.
1.Communicate and coordinate effectively with game developer and regional teams on publishing schedule for content and sales.
2.Monitor the performance of new contents and events, in terms of stats and user feedback.
3.Provide performance reports and execute improvement plans.
4.Resolve game-related issues reported through all internal and external channels.
5.Expand and retain the user base with game event design and content optimization.
6.Complete tasks given by manager.
● 2+ year experience in gaming or other fast-paced industries.
● Able to communicate fluently (oral & written) in English and Chinese.
● Highly opportunistic. Able to work under pressure.
● Strong analytical skills, with attention to details
● Passion in mobile games (ex: CODM, CSGO....)

● Extensive experience communicating with stakeholders or peers from cross regions.
