You will be working in the People Team to support the review and improvement of Learning & Development practices.
Fast business expansions have posed exciting opportunities and challenges on people’s learning needs and capability building.
You will be working closely with senior management, in a fast-paced, global, intellectually stimulating environment, and have the potential to deliver a direct impact on people’s growth within the organization.

Job Description
1. Review the current Learning and Development practices. Design and implement new improvement initiatives.
2. Develop competency models, assess capability gaps and understand learning needs.
3. Research and develop new learning modules. Design virtual and classroom delivery mode and learning experience.
4. Design, communicate and manage training programs.
5. Research the latest trends, tools and best practices in Learning and Development space and recommend suitable applications.
6. Experienced in lecturing, and good presentation skills


1. Bachelor or Master’s degree from reputable universities. MBA is a plus.
2. 2 - 6 years’ experience in learning and development, business consulting, HR/people consulting, training and instructional design, or other HR/people related functions.
3. Passionate about people and culture. Curious about new ideas and methodologies in learning and development.
4. Fast learner, good people skills, mature and sensible.
5. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in a diverse culture.
6. Strong in critical thinking, problem-solving and project management.
7. Proficiency in video making/editing is a plus.
8. Prior experience or knowledge in people-related fields, e.g. psychology, psychometric assessments, behavioral science, neuroscience, and organizational behaviors, is a plus.
