As a business development executive or manager, your mission is to manage the relationships with mobile game developers worldwide. You are to identify mobile games with high potential profitability, build and maintain successful relationships with the developers, negotiate business terms, and close the deal.
Job Description
1. Identify potential mobile games in the target market and complete appropriate research on their profitability and sustainability.
2. Develop relationships with prospective game developers, while maintaining existing developer relationships.
3. Partner with BD team and strategy team to create contract-winning proposals for potential mobile games.
4. Negotiate contract terms with developers and communicate terms to stakeholders.
5. Become an expert on Garena products, business processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
Minimum Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently and idiomatically.
3. Innovation and problem-solving skills.
4. Able to travel frequently.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experienced in group presentations.
2. 1+ years working experience in gaming industry.
