1. Lead one of Garena's mobile games, with full accountability for game's
performance in the country.
2. Attract, recruit, and build a top-notch team to manage the game.
3. Work directly with Garena's senior management on charting game's strategic direction.
4. Monitor the gaming trends, patterns, and discussions and contribute to operation strategy setting.
5. Lead central game coordination team that interfaces with Garena's game operations teams in other countries, as well as the game's developer.
6. Take charge for managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
1. A genuine passion for the games business.
2. Extensive game operations experience and/or knowledge of games industry.
3. Proven ability to lead teams.
4. Ability to operate in a high-tempo environment.
5. Able to solve problems across a broad spectrum, from operational, technical, legal to team management issues.
6. Capacity to think strategically and adjust game operations strategy as each
environment changes.
7. Strong verbal and written communication ability.
