To build & develop a unique branding for Growth Marketer Academy
Crafting persuasive, laser-focused landing pages that compel your target audience to take one valuable action.
Build a comprehensive online marketing funnel to achieve a high conversion rate
Receive and implement creative design direction, as well as contribute ideas
Work closely with the content marketing team to design marketing materials for social media platform such as Facebook and Instagram.
必須能熟練使用 Adobe Creative Suite應用程序（特別是Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere）
具備強大的創意、設計簡報、拍攝及剪片以及作出優質視覺設計的能力。

1 - 2年的設計經驗。能夠從行銷角度出發，追求高轉換率，而非純粹的美感
主修創意設計/多媒體/視覺藝術/視覺傳播/新聞或相關領域

具備內容行銷，數位廣告和社交媒體的經驗或知識
具備新創或網路軟體產業經驗
具備與跨國團隊合作經驗
具備英文書寫與溝通能力
了解以行銷為目標的電子郵件的相關標準、設計和最佳做法
設計以外，你也懂得如何以清晰，簡潔和具說服力的方式寫作
熟悉CSS3，HTML5和JavaScript
High proficiency with industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere in particular) a must
Strong creative, presentation layout, visual design, photo & video shooting, video editing etc.
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and users
1 – 2 years of exp in Design with the mind of a marketer who strives for conversion instead of pure beauty
Major in creative design / multimedia / visual arts / visual communication / journalism or related fields
Enjoy working with smart teammates in other region with a small team setting.
