工作內容

This position will be responsible for managing the digital business unit ,working towards strengthening the position of our brands in the digital platforms ,website enhancement, social media areas, content distribution across devices

- oversee the development and execution of the digital strategy (incl. website, social network, digital product management, digital marketing & sales support)
- manage traffic and support sales growth action plan
- build up digital mindset to internal staff ,make working process more effectively, and create smooth communication methods between different teams
- ensure the development of innovative and effective tools, promotion and sales initiatives
- develop synergies both internal and external
- develop strategy on social networks & outside partners; come up with clear action plans and lead the team to respond to market changes& needs
- explore the developments of new product and new services to strengthen Hearst brands’ value in the market
