1. Familiar with entire Recon process and be able to identify the duty accountability of the goods

2. Effectively ask for refunds from vendors/carriers 

3. Independently reply to Amazon cases finding out potential problems and figuring out solutions

4. Optimize the current working progress to improve efficiency.

5. Have good communication skills and provide effective solutions to BMs when they encounter recon issues

6. Be able to independently read and analyze from data

2. 有效向廠商、貨運公司取得遺失貨物之賠償

3. 回覆大量Amazon求償案件，提出潛在問題並提出改善方案

4. 系統及recon程序優化

5. 具備良好跨部門溝通能力及資料分析能力

6. 其他主管交辦事項
