We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead the optimization of our internal Admin system to manage all product and sales data from our Amazon operations. This role focuses on feature design, product launch planning, and UI/UX improvements, working closely with engineering teams.

🔍 Responsibilities
Plan and lead UI/UX improvements and feature upgrades for our internal Admin system
Create user flow diagrams, wireframes, and product specs
Coordinate with engineering and operations team to ensure timely and quality feature delivery
Translate user needs into actionable development plans
Gather user feedback and analyze performance to propose future optimizations
Help prioritize the product roadmap and manage sprint deliverables
✅ Requirements
3+ years of experience in product/project management, especially in software or internal tools
Strong experience in product requirement writing and wireframe creation
Familiar with user flow design and collaborating with UI/UX designers
Ability to break down complex problems and communicate solutions clearly
Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills
Experience with internal systems, dashboards, or operational tools is a strong plus
